The online 8 week mindfulness self teach course has a been designed to reach people who have busy lives and don’t have time to commit to showing up for live coaching at a set time each week.
In this course there are 8 weeks worth of modules to explore from the fundamentals of mindfulness and self awareness through to self care and exploring our thoughts.
In each module there is video content, journaling prompts and audio meditations to use. This 8 week journey is based on Mindfulness based CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) and will give you life skills to use forever as well as learning a structured meditation programme.
